Ambitus

Ambitus Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short: Ambitus does not collect any information about you. It has no account, no server of its own, no advertising and no tracking.

Who makes Ambitus

Ambitus is made by Robert Stollar. For any question about privacy, write to support@ambitus.app.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal information, and we do not track how you use the app.

Where your things are kept

Your notes, lists and quotes are ordinary files in your own folders: on your device, or in your iCloud Drive if you choose that. Your tasks and events stay in Apple’s Reminders and Calendar. We cannot see any of it.

What Ambitus asks permission for, and why

Each is asked the first time it is needed, and the app keeps working if you say no.

What leaves your device

None of this comes to us.

Buying Ambitus

The free trial and the purchase are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether the trial or purchase is active.

The wish list

“Suggest a Feature…” in the app’s Help opens our wish list at ambitus.userjot.com, run by a company called UserJot. Using it is up to you. If you make an account there, UserJot keeps the name and email you give it, under its own privacy policy. Wishes and votes are visible to everyone. The app itself sends nothing to UserJot.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to answer you, and keep them only as long as needed to help.

Your rights

As we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete, except emails you have sent us, which we delete on request. For information held by Apple or UserJot, please contact them.

Changes

Any change to this policy will appear on this page with a new date.
